Oops! Tech gremlins and the context of a busy December turned this into a Monday Stretch. It's a good one for weekday pauses to connect your mind and muscles.

If you have 10 minutes, you don't have to leave your chair for this one!

With this series, we focus on breathing, lengthening our spine, and connecting mind to muscle with a few moves you can do anytime in your day.

As you breathe, notice your belly.

Does your diaphragm expand into your back, sides, and belly?

Deepen your breath to reset your body and mind.
